1. Create happiness by surrounding yyourself with people who you can trust and who trust you. If you are struggling with this issue-ask yyourself this question: Why would I surround myself with anything less than trust? We may have families that let us down. We may experience love that is disloyal. We may find that our friends are not really our friends. But, we don't have to surround yourself with them.

2. Create happiness by developing a physical body that carries you well through life. If you have problems with your physical body-ask yyourself this question: What do I need to change in my physical body that would help me to be  a more happy and carefree person? When you answer this question you will begin to realize what aspects of your life  you need to change in order to create happiness. If you are using drugs-confront your addiction and change your life. If you are overeating-confront your eatting disorder. If you are experiencing a problem with alcohol-make plans to attend an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

Most people are not as happy as possible-my business is to review the life people live-I get paid to do this-so I can tell you that most people are not as happy as they could be. What is most difficult for me to see over and over again is the fact that most people only have to make one or two changes in their thinking or attitude-and they could be so much more happy-but they just don't do it.

One secret is this-ask someone you love and trust-to tell you just one thing about yourself that they suggest you could change in order to be happier or to get along better with those you love-then listen to this person. If you really trust and love this person-take the advice (if it feels intuitively right to you).

Usually, good people only have to make these changes:

Speak the truth and don't manipulate. We all manipulate to get our way (here and there). So-stop it and face the results of speaking without small bits of manipulations.

Stop the negative mind chatter that so often misleads your moods. Find something to believe in that you can think about when you begin to hear chatter of negativity in your mind.

Physically move your body each day so that you can be healthy. A short walk is a step in the right direction.

Start right now - and your life will shift in the right direction. After some time-you will become a naturally positive person who faces issues head one (instead of avoiding them through manipulations) and lives to create health, wealth and happiness.

    A Happiness Formula

    Did you know there is a happness formula?

    Well, there is a happiness formula. It is simple, easy to follow and is proven to create and maintain happiness.

    1. Get out a piece of paper - make a schedule. When you are in the process of creating happiness - you will benefit from actually seeing your happiness plan. Your schedule can be as simple as a month calander or it can be a schedule arranged with Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

    2. Plan to move your body on at least three days of the week. You can choose any type of movement that you can endure. Walking, dancing, exercising or any other form of consciouse movement will allow your happiness level to improve. Once you have decided upon what type of movement of which you are going to participate and the three or more days you are going to alot for your movement-place this information on your schedule. And, DO IT.

    3. Begin a project. You might be working on many projects that have been forced upon you. These are not the type of projects that will help you to be happy. You must-absolutely must-decide upon and execute a project that you personally enjoy. The more un-necessary it is-the better. At every moment in your life you should have some type of a fun project started and not-yet-complete. Why should you always have a fun project in process? When you are working on a self-serving project-your mind can easily ponder upon this project when you are dealing with lifes hardships. Let's face it. Life can be difficult at times. Having a really fun, really entertaining or simply peaceful project that your mind "wants" to think about will allow you to uplift your happiness quota.

    4. This next step is easy-practice a spiritual plan or program. When you read the words "spiritual plan" or "spiritual program" do you feel like turning off your lap top and walking away from this happiness plan? Most people think that a spiritual program is too much work or too outdated. But, guess what? You are already living your own personalized spiritual plan or program every single day of your life. All you have to do today to increase your happiness level is this-make it simple and real. On your daily schedule add a small note that reminds you to practice your very own personalized, effective and not-stupid spiritual plan.

    a. My personalized spiritual plan is so simple. I wake up every morning and say these words: "Breathe, believe and I am open to thee ." Then, when I go to be each evening I say these words: "Breathe, believe and sleep will be."

    b. Create your own words. Say them every morning as a ritual reminder-alerting you to be happy and tuned into your spiritual power. Then, say them every night as a ritual reminder-alerting you to be happy and greatful for the life that you have created.

    5. Stop the negative thinking. By now you have read this formula and beginning to have negative thoughts.  You are thinking, "This is rediculouse, stupid, dumb, a waste of time, not important, not going to work, a rip off, not fun, not valuable...." or you are thinking, "I can't do it, it won't work, nothing works, this author is a joke, any fool would know this is not going to work" or you might be thinking..." Who needs help with happiness? I am already happy...I just want to get a drink...."

    a. If you were thinking anything negative at all-then read on. You can benefit from a happiness method.
